The whirlwind of travel, painting and competition continues today with The Sagamore Hill Plein Air event at the Oyster Bay White House of Theodore Roosevelt.  last week I painted, taught a workshop and competed just 12 degrees north of the equator on the island of Curacao and now I'm driving an effortless 8 miles north from my house to paint again. The 34 other top artists and myself will paint today and tomorrow and submit our best works for judging, hanging (sounds like a western) and exhibition for a show tomorrow night. I hope everyone that reads this can make it to the Oyster Bay Historical Society's new gallery to see the show and put in some healthy bids for super fresh artwork...I’ve Got to drink my coffee and make some lunch and GO PAINT! See ya’ll there…
